NCVT MIS ITI Result 2025: Release Soon CBT & Practical Result at ncvtmis.gov.in

The National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) is expected to release the NCVT ITI result 2025  on 25 August 2025. After the results are out, students who appeared in the CBT or Practical exam can easily check their results from the official NCVT MIS website or the SIDH portal using their Roll/PRN Number or Registration Number that is given on their ITI Admit Card.

In this article, I will tell you how to check the result, from which website to check, and how to download the marksheet and certificate. You can easily check your NCVT Results 2025 by following all the steps below.

Those students who had appeared in the ITI exam and are now waiting for their ITI results, don’t worry! You can easily check your ITI Result 2025 in two easy ways. 

1. From the official website of NCVT.
2. From the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) portal.

Below, I have guided you on both methods in simple steps. 

By following all the steps you can easily check your result from the Skill India Portal.

Step 1: First, go to the official website of the SIDH Portal, skillindia.gov.in.

Step 2: Find the Login section from the menu bar, then click on the “Login” option.

Step 3: After clicking the Login section, you will see 3 options: ‘Learner’, ‘Partner’, and ‘ITI Trainee Result 2024’. First- and second-year students have to select the 3rd option.

Step 4: Now, a new dashboard will open on your screen. Where you have to enter your PRN Number and Date of Birth, and click on the login button. 

Step 4: After logging in, you will be redirected to a new dashboard. Where you will see 3 options: 

• Dashboard
• Trainee Details 
• View Details

Step 5: You have to choose the View Details option.

 Step 6: After clicking View Result, your Skill India ITI result will appear on the screen.

Step 7: You can download the PDF or take a printout.

By following all the steps you can easily check your NCVT ITI result from the NCVT ITI official website.

Step 1: First, open the official website of NCVT, www.ncvtmis.gov.in, on your mobile or computer.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Trainee” option and then select “Marksheet Verification”.

Step 3: Now, a new dashboard will open on your screen. Here, you have to enter your roll number and registration number. These details will be given in your admit card.

Step 4: Then, tap the search button shown on the screen.

Step 5: Now, your NCVT ITI result will be shown on your mobile screen. 

Step 6: Then, click on the download option & save it for future reference.

🔔 Note: In case your result is not showing, don’t panic. Sometimes, due to the heavy traffic, the official website server is down. Just wait a few seconds or a minute and try again..

📝 Note: Whenever you check your marksheet, make sure to check all these details carefully. If there is any mistake in your mark sheet (like the spelling of the name, a mistake in marks, etc.), then immediately contact your ITI center or the NCVT official website.

The marksheet and certificate downloading process is very simple; just follow the easy steps given below.

Step 1: First of all open the website of Skill India, www.skillindia.gov.in in your mobile or laptop.

Step 2: Click on the “Login” tab given above the header section on the homepage.

Step 3: Input your PRN number and Date of Birth in the required field and submit.

Step 4: After logging in, your ITI profile dashboard will open. There you will see the option of “Trainee Details”, click on it.

Step 5: Now, all the details of your ITI will come in front of you. Three dots (…) will appear in the Action column; click on them.

Step 6: From there you will get the option of View/Download.

Step 6: On clicking it, your mark sheet/certificate will open on the screen. Now you can save it in PDF.

The full form of NCVT is the National Council for Vocational Training, which comes under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). It was formed in 1956 by the Government of India. The main objective of NCVT is to provide technical and vocational training to students so that they can become skilled and get a job easily.

Every year in the months of June/July and December, NCVT conducts examinations for first-year and second-year students, which include both CBT (Computer-Based Test) and Practical.

📝 Step-by-Step Process:

1. Eligibility

• Minimum 10th pass is a must (8th is also required for some trades)
• Age: Minimum 14 years
• Students must be Indian citizens.

2. Fill out the online form

Visit the official website of the State Vocational Training Board (SCVT) of your state like:

• Bihar: iti.admissions.nic.in
• UP: scvtup.in
• MP: iti.mponline.gov.in

Open the ITI Admission 2025 link and fill out the form.

3. 📝 Upload the required documents

• 10th or 12th mark sheet
• Aadhaar card
• Photo and signature
• Residence certificate (if required)
• Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC)

4. 💳 Pay the fee

• The application fee ranges from ₹100-₹300 (varies from state to state).
• You can pay it through UPI, net banking, or debit card.

5. Merit List or Entrance Exam

• In some states, the merit list is prepared based on 10th-grade marks only.
• In some states, an entrance exam is also taken.
• After the merit list, you will be called for counselling.

6. Counselling & College Allotment

• You have to choose the ITI trade and the college of your choice.
• After seat allotment, go to the allotted college and confirm the admission by document verification and paying the fee.
